Employment contracts can become electronic

From October 1, 2019, as part of the economy digitalization, employment contracts, as well as applications for leave and dismissal can be transferred into electronic form. The form and rules of information interchange between employee and employer will be reviewed. Authorization will be carried out by using an electronic digital signature or the usual combination of login and password.

It should be noted that the transition to electronic document exchange will not be mandatory for the employee.
