Bellerage Wins 1C: Project of the Year Award

Bellerage has won in the category “Best Project in the Field: HR EDI” at the annual 1C: Project of the Year competition.

The client for the project was Komus LLC, a leading Russian supplier of office and stationery products, employing over 13,000 staff across 30 legal entities. Together with the client, we implemented a large-scale project to deploy the “1C: Employee Portal” solution, fully integrated with the company’s existing IT infrastructure. The project covered:

• 13,000 employees across 30 legal entities
• All key HR processes — from hiring to offboarding
• Mobile and web access to the system, including electronic signature capabilities

The implementation was carried out in 12 phases to ensure balanced system load, with deep customization to meet the client’s specific needs and optimization for large data volumes.
