Electronic sick leave certificates available on Russian e-Government platform Gosuslugi

Russian employees registered on Gosuslugi can now receive notifications about opening, closing and changes in sick leave certificates.

Medical institutions enter the data directly to the e-Government platform.

To certify a sick leave, the employee can simply transmit the electronic certificate's reference number he receives on his account to his employer.

Please be reminded that electronic sick leave certificates are available for Russians since July 2017. To register electronic sick leave certificates, healthcare organizations and employers however had to have a dedicated data exchange system.
