French Societe Generale sells its Russian branch Rosbank

The group will sell Rosbank and its insurance business to Interros of Vladimir Potanin. The deal will be closed in a few weeks.

Rosbank will continue to operate in Russia and retain its status as a preferred partner of Societe Generale.
