Russians satisfied with their Tax Services

99.38% of the 6.5 million citizens who have rated Russia's Federal tax Service (FTS) in 2020 say that they are satisfied with the provided services.
The following criteria could be rated:
·      efficiency;
·      in-line waiting time;
·      courtesy and competence of employees;
·      comfortable conditions inside FTS offices;
·      information concerning procedure of service;
·      obtained result.
The rating was done on the website vashkontrol.ru (English: "your control"), an official portal enabling people to rate and complain to different administrations.
