Russia Update: Simplified business registration

Russia has shortened the time to register a business and simplified the related procedure thanks to the "State Online Registration of Business" portal.

An LLC can be registered in one working day if a standard charter is used and the General Director is as well the founder of the company.

An individual entrepreneur can also register in 1 day, by submitting an application and a passport scan.

These simplifications apply only to Russian citizens.
