Russian Federal Tax Services (FTS) regulate the operation speed of EDI providers

On March 1, 2022, a new order of the FTS came into force, which defines the terms of interaction of EDI operators:

The exchange of electronic documents related to traceable goods must be carried out within 2 working days, while without configured roaming between different EDO operators, the period is extended to 20 working days;
EDI operators are required to provide round-the-clock technical support via:

- the corresponding section of the official website of the EDI operator;
- by phone number (waiting time < 10 minutes);
- by mail (waiting time < 2 hours).
